| Through the interpretation of the concepts on urbanization and professional quality of rural surplus labor, analyze the supplementary relations between urbanization and professional quality of rural surplus labor, and address the obstacles in the process of urbanization from the aspects of human resources. Professional quality is a must in one’s career life, having good professional quality is helpful to solve problem of employment. Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, and expanding re-employment is an important guarantee to ensure social stability and solidarity. In the current situation, there are significant contradictions both in the quantity and structure of overall labor force supplier and demander, and this contradictions exist overlapped in short term and longer term. The problems of the transfer of rural surplus labor and their lives in towns and cities should be solved urgently. Promoting citizenization of rural surplus labor should be done to achieve full employment. In these cases, the professional quality problem of rural surplus labor must be of great concern, the key to solving "three rural issues" and the important guarantee to realizing "China Dream" is to improve the professional quality of rural surplus labor. Professional quality is a key link of personal development, currently there are many outstanding issues in the professional quality of rural surplus labor force: the improvement of professional quality, definite career goals and recognition of urbanization workplace.Problems also exist in the training process, such as lack of theoretical research on professional quality, functional departments’ insufficient attention on the improvement of the professional quality of rural surplus labor and monotonous repetitive training contents. Enhancing the professional quality of rural surplus labor is related to the stability and harmony of the whole society. We should pay high attention to it, and establish corresponding policies and measures. |
