Study On The Relation Between Rural Surplus Labor Force Shift And Urbanization Of Heilongjiang Province

There are mutual influence relations between the rural labor force shift and urbanization. They mutually promote and mutually restrict. The labor force shift promotes the growth of urban population. At the same time, it causes resources and information and fund to flow between cities and countryside. Thus it promotes the cities development and leads the rural surplus labor force shift. The high quantity but the low quality will affect the level of the tirbanization development.
