The popularity of Web2.0has led to the development of network marketing, somore and more enterprises have joined the team of network marketing. Especially forsmall and medium-sized enterprises, while they lack funds, they now have theopportunity to use the same tool of network marketing together with large enterprisesfrom the same starting line. But is network marketing free of cost? How to carry out thenetwork marketing?Yinma Company, as a small gift enterprise for high-end health products, has tworetail stores in Shanghai. In addition to the traditional marketing mode, it also carriesout multi-channel marketing models, such as the network marketing and catalogmarketing. At the beginning of this year it launched a new series of products-healthherbal tea, and planned to mainly go with the network marketing mode to expand thepersonal market. But at the planning and the execution stages of online marketing, it’sdiscovered that there are many insufficiencies for further review and continuousimprovement.This thesis addresses the above problems of Yinma Company by researching ondata, carefully analyzing many cases, and researching and discussing the basic contentsof network marketing, different tools of network marketing and their applicationmethods and results. The thesis then explores the methods of network marketingsuitable for Yinma Company product, which has significant meaning for Yinma’sspecific operations of network marketing.The paper first introduces the background and the significance of networkmarketing, and summarizes the research findings. It then describes and analyzes varioustools of network marketing and different cases, and by using Potter’s five-force modeland the SWOT analysis method, studies the development of network marketing ofYinma Company. Lastly, it studies how to do network marketing on social media andhow to improve the success rate of conversion from marketing to business results,analyzes the future development trend of electronic commerce and points out thedirection and targets for Yinma Company to improve network marketing.
