On the one hand, the contribution rate of private economy to GDP is rising year after year. On the other hand, the private economy in China provide a lot of jobs, to ease the employment pressure. As a "world factory", China has the world’s largest manufacturing system. Small and middle-sized private manufacturing enterprises are the important part of the traditional manufacturing industry. The rapid development of economic globalization and the acceleration of information technology, increased competition in the market, but also provide opportunities for the development of supply chain management. For the traditional supply chain management, the problem is just the communication and cooperation between enterprises limited to all internal business departments. But since the 1990 s, the development of strategic alliance theory and enterprise development bottlenecks problems, make the supply chain management gradually from the traditional internal management between gradually extends to the management among the enterprises. However, the difference between the alliance members of enterprise resources, technology and management capacity, resulting in asymmetry, interests and unequal distribution of the strategic alliance of supply chain imbalance information.In order to solve the imbalance problem of alliance, maintain the stability of the strategic alliance of supply chain, continuously enhance the corporate competitive advantage, which need us to develop an effective coordination mechanism from the perspective of strategy. For small and middle-sized private manufacturing enterprises, to ensure the overall effectiveness of the alliance operation and continuously improve the overall performance, which has a think about how to coordinate from the perspective of supply chain management.Firstly, the research construct the framework of research according to the literature. Secondly, we have a review about the supply chain management so that to provide theoretical basis for the follow-up study. Thirdly, has carried on the summary to the Guangdong small and middle-sized private economy and analyzed the current status of supply chain management of Guangdong small and middle-sized private manufacturing enterprise. Finally, through the strategic layer, business layer and the interest level to develop a coordination mechanism for supply chain strategic alliance of Guangdong small and middle-sized private manufacturing enterprises. By taking D company as the object of empirical research, so that to have a thorough discussion of the coordination mechanism of supply chain strategic alliance of small and middle-sized private manufacturing enterprises. |
