The Research On Quality Evaluation Of Tourism Development Project Based On Extenics

Tourism is the strategic pillar industry, not only plays an important role in transforming the pattern of economic development, optimizing economic structure, but also be an important force in promoting employment, increasing people’s income, and promoting regional economic development. However, the positive role of China’s tourism industry in these areas has not been fully reflected, one of the very important reasons is that the development of the tourism industry attaches great importance to quantity scale and despises quality efficiency. Under the present trend of sustained and rapid growth of investment in tourism project development, making the development of tourism projects to realize transformation from quantity type to the type of scale and quality together, to improve degree of attention to the quality, is of great significance to the tourism industry in the role of the national economy.The paper starts from collecting the related data of tourism development project quality and its evaluation, then reads a lot of literature, understands the general situation of tourism development and tourism project development, summarizes the present situation of domestic and foreign related research. On the basis of extenics, making the cognition of and characteristics of tourism projects as the starting point, combining with the tourism development connotation and relevant theory of project quality, aiming at the contradictory problems of tourism development project quality which is proposed, then using the extension analysis method to analyze the influential factors of tourism development project quality. And through the frequency statistics of relevant literature of the tourism project evaluation, determining project planning, financial ability, contribution to society, economy, resource utilization and ecological environment to be the evaluation criteria of tourism development project quality, selecting 23 evaluation indexes, then to establish the quality evaluation index system of tourism development project. On this basis, by using the matter-element theory, extension set theory and evaluation method, it builds a tourism development project quality evaluation model and makes quantitative analysis, and depend on the superiority degree of project to measure of the quality of tourism development project.Finally, the paper takes Shaanxi province as an example of empirical analysis, through analyzing related data of the projects, applies it to the established quality evaluation model of tourism development. The evaluation results will be as the basis of evaluating the project quality, and it selecting the projects of which quality performance is more prominent from a number of projects being evaluated, guides the development of tourism projects decision-making. This paper aims to establish a set of reasonable evaluation system of tourism development project quality, and the extension evaluation method is introduced into quality evaluation for tourism development to build extension evaluation model, providing scientific guidance and basis for decision-making for the project development.
