Study On International Strength And Develop Countermeasures Of Construction Companies In Shaanxi

Internationalization is one of the new growth point of Chinese construction industry. At this stage, Chinese construction companies in the international market has made great progress, but there is also a gap comparing with some of the advanced companies, especially China has unbalanced regional development issues. Therefore, it is necessary to explore different areas of the construction business and international development approach, and Shaanxi Province as a representative of central and western regions of China, it is necessary to expand the research.First, the paper studies the development status of Chinese construction companies in domestic and international markets, and in accordance with the business international stage theory dividing international construction companies at different stages of development; and use the three-dimensional volume is used to study the Chinese construction enterprises’ international development stage.Secondly, the paper by analyzing different building companies development trend of China’s provinces,proposes the strength evaluate model of construction companies’ international development, and further the Cobweb Evaluation Model is used to evaluate the strength of international in Shaanxi Province. Then, the paper analyzed the factors that influence the development of international construction companies in Shaanxi Province, then established the index system of the factors affecting, and Structural Interpretation Models and Principal Component Analysis are used to analyze the structure and key factor indicators; Finally, the paper proposed some suggestions which can enhance the international construction companies in Shaanxi Province from the perspective of the government and enterprises.Research will provide reference for construction companies which has similar problems of international construction companies in other provinces,and there will be a certain theoretical and practical significance to strengthen Shaanxi province’s competitiveness in the international market.
