Today in the era of economic globalization and science and technology constantly updated, the enterprises to remain competitive, continue to grow stronger in the competition, the most fundamental is to improve the quality of the staff.How to improve the enterprise’s staff of faster, better quality, has become the current national focus in the study of enterprise human resources department.Europe and the United States and other developed countries use is now relatively mature Internet technologies, such as through the E- learning staff to provide more convenient and effective for the enterprise, in the form of employee training.Europe and the United States and other developed countries use is now relatively mature Internet technologies, such as through the E- learning staff to provide more convenient and effective for the enterprise, in the form of employee training. Based on this, this article in the collection, analysis and synthesis of E- learning training theory of domestic and foreign research, development and successful cases and remote network education resource support related colleges and universities, and the part of the enterprise staff questionnaire and interview, understand the training situation of E- learning, on the basis of study of university-enterprise cooperation of E- learning and training.
