Foreign companies since entering our country has a history of nearly 40 years, with the gradually perfect of the emergency system of our country, the ceaseless improvement of external environment, the development of the foreign capital enterprise in our country is full of opportunities and challenges.As is known to all,the 21 st century, all the key of the competition, is actually the competition.Foreign companies in China naturally when make a plan for the future, will be the competition of human resources in the important position.By various kinds of the composition and configuration of human resources at home and abroad, we can easily found that increasing the flow of the employees, but at the same time,accompanied by the emergence of a variety of questions to be reckoned with.Once upon a time, much attention has been paid to the employee turnover of state-owned enterprises problems, the main reason is that the state-owned enterprises in national economy of our country outstanding and remarkable status;At the same time, the growing of private enterprises in our country, along with its system is not perfect for private enterprises brain drain is serious, and make it become a strategic level.Now,once the "beacon", foreign companies are also encountered a lot of employees have quit embarrassment, this state is worth us to ponder and analysis its reason.In such a big background, the purpose of this article is to study the foreign capital enterprise in China in the Chinese knowledge employee turnover intention, and thus provide a reference for predicting resignation behavior research, for the company’s management to provide reference on talents to maintain, for our country’s from giving helped foreign-funded enterprises over a long period of time.The author has chosen his built in Shanghai foreign company X more than three hundred Chinese knowledge-based employees as sample, as the basis of statistical analysis of the present study, trying to analysis the foreign capital enterprise China main factors that affect the turnover intention of the knowledge-type employees: contains the life attitude, personality psychology, basic individual qualities, external opportunities,self-awareness, harmonious degrees, parent-child relationships, career growth, job satisfaction, return on equity and cultural alignment, etc.In this article, through investigation and study analysis, first of all, based on China’s special cultural background, the foreign capital enterprise turnover intention of knowledgeable employees in China have a combination of generality and particularity.Attention in terms of general, such as employee career development, job satisfaction and remuneration packages and other properties of the enterprise is the same.But the study also shows that foreign company turnover intention also has its particularity, such as the harmonious degree of employee for organizations and individuals, parent-child relationships and cultural alignment is quite important also.Secondly, the study results also proved that the employee’s values and personal characteristics do will greatly influence the turnover intention.So, in this regard, if only from the improvement of the organization, in an attempt to solve the problem of turnover, I’m afraid the effect is limited.This paper also gives some Suggestions to the company policy, in terms of foreign cultural particularity, it needs at the same time from two aspects of cross-cultural and departure, so as to deeply understand and leave its human resource problems.A lot of the innovation of this article is in the employee’s personality and psychological characteristics, value orientation and so on factors such as attitude to join in the model, so as to enrich the turnover intention model, we analyzed the important influencing factors.In addition, another big characteristic is the turnover intention of this article is divided into three dimensions: the overall turnover intention, medium-term tended to leave and short-term departure.After statistics analysis, found that more than three dimension of turnover intention, the impact is not the same, the main factors for this, the author also listed the reason, made a reasonable explanation.
