The economic structure of our country is changing from quantity economy to quality economy,and knowledge talents play a vital role in the era of quality economy.The cost of active turnover is a big proportion of enterprises' pre tax income.How to reduce employee turnover is a difficult problem that enterprises must face,and it is also a practical problem to be solved in human resource management practice.Psychological capital is not only a psychological trait inherent in individuals,but also includes the learning of individuals to form a relatively stable mental state.Psychological capital plays an important role in dealing with employee turnover intention.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of psychological capital on employee turnover intention.The affective events theory in psychological capital how to affect the turnover intention based on the localization of Chinese in background,from the definition and dimensions of variables and measurement scales are used by domestic scholars,and they are more suitable for the culture of rule by man in China.Combing through the study of existing findings,the high level of psychological capital of employees,showed a higher level of satisfaction on job satisfaction,especially interpersonal psychological capital high employee,they tend to be modest and polite,Thanksgiving dedication and other characteristics are more prominent,in the face of work remuneration and interpersonal relationships showed higher levels of satisfaction than others and they are less likely to pay little gap to harbor resentment,not because of relationships with colleagues and not easily leave.In this paper,through questionnaires,collected 246 knowledge employees effective questionnaires,empirical results confirm that psychological capital on turnover intention of negative influence,interpersonal psychological capital on turnover intention has significant negative impact,unfortunately transactional psychological capital have no significant effect on turnover intention,overall psychological the capital of the turnover significantly negative effects on job satisfaction,psychological capital influence on the turnover intention of the intermediary role.
