Kyrgyzstan is a midland country in the Central Asia. China has strong influence over Kyrgyzstan. This paper is dedicated to the students and business guests, trying to present Kyrgyzstan as the research object using the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative, related theory of comprehensive intercultural communication psychology and consumer preferences in these two aspects, to their leisure(Tourism) preference and hinder of the research. Content includes three parts. The first part is based on literature review, city residents’ leisure experience, situation of tourism in Kyrgyzstan, life in Kyrgyzstan, language, religion and so on. The second part is made upon researches of Kyrgyzstani people in Guangzhou, their leisure preferences, constraints, situation before and after the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, Kyrgyz people psychological changes, and effect of Chinese and Guangzhou experience on them. The third part is actually a modified model of the existing leisure constraints, with further aim to construct a new conceptual model.
