With the entry of foreign banks and the rapid development of joint-stock banks,China's banking market has been extended to the outside world,and the competition among industries has become increasingly fierce.As an important resource of enterprises,employees play an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.In this context,the phenomenon of employee turnover of state-owned holding commercial banks is becoming increasingly heated,especially the competition for outstanding talents.China Construction Bank a branch is even faced with a more serious problem of employee turnover,which not only increases the rate of employee turnover,but also extends the level of employee turnover.The continuous occurrence of employee turnover has a negative impact on the sustainable development of the bank.The author found through the preliminary interview that most of the resigned staff of CCB branch A are due to the lack of promotion opportunities in the original unit,unsatisfactory salary,high work pressure,etc.career growth and work pressure may have a very important impact on the turnover of the staff of the branch.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,on the basis of analyzing the human resources situation and turnover situation of China Construction Bank a branch,this paper takes the employees of this branch as the research object,collects relevant data and data through interview and questionnaire survey,and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of employees' turnover intention.From April to October 2019,the study conducted a questionnaire survey on the employees of CCB a branch and collected 442 valid questionnaires.Descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis are used to analyze the current situation of employee turnover intention and the difference in demographic variables;correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to explore the impact of career growth and work pressure on turnover intention.The empirical results show that: the overall level of turnover intention of employees in branch a is lower than the average level,and there are significant differences in gender,age,education background,working years,marital status and position;the two dimensions of career growth and working pressure have significant effects on turnover intention,among which endogenous working pressure has the greatest impact on turnover intention.Based on the above empirical research results,this paper analyzes the causes and problems from two aspects of career growth and work pressure,and puts forward specific strategies and suggestions for CCB a branch to retain talents,reduce brain drain and reduce employee turnover intention.
