Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,tourism has played an increasingly important role in the national economy.The hotel industry is an important part of the tourism industry.The development of the tourism industry has led to the rapid development of the hotel industry.At the same time,it has attracted a lot of capital and brands.With the entry,opportunities and challenges coexist.In the face of the ever-changing external environment and fiercely competitive market,if you want to have the advantage over others,the hotel must constantly improve itself and develop its own unique advantages.The hotel industry is a service-oriented industry.Talent is the most important part of the competition.Basically,excellent employees also have a competitive advantage.However,the most likely problem in hotels is precisely in the ring of talented people.The overall performance of the domestic hotel industry shows a low degree of employee satisfaction and a high turnover rate.This has caused a great negative impact on the hotel,causing the hotel to spend on human resources.The cost of the project is much higher than that of other industries,which naturally results in poor operating efficiency.Therefore,talent has become one of the important factors in the operation of the hotel.With the rapid development of the national economy,the degree of talent marketization is getting higher and higher.The competition for talents is not simply a competition between enterprises and enterprises,but has evolved into competition between industries.The talents in the hotel industry are likely to be tapped to other services.The industry has evolved into an all-dimensional,multi-dimensional,three-dimensional competition.The widening of the choice of occupation space and the ascending aisle makes it difficult for the personnel in the hotel industry to retain them for a long period of time,and the flow is frequent.The loss of talented people is becoming increasingly prominent.The frequent flow of talents in hotels and the shortage of professionals will inevitably bring about a drop in the quality of management and services,affect the value and popularity of hotel brands,intensify the cost of labor,seriously interfere with the rapid development of the hotel industryand the service industry,and reduce the development level of the entire industry.The high-level talent in the hotel is one of the most critical core competitiveness in the hotel industry.Once such talents are lost,the impact on the entire hotel may be fatal.The hotel industry needs to strengthen the management of its employees,including a complete set of schemes for recruiting losses,and a relatively stable staff structure from the hotel to bring more professional and high-quality services to customers,thereby enhancing their competitiveness.The middle and senior managers in the service industry are the leaders and the main force of the company.They are the keel and the engine of the entire ship,and have a leading role in demonstration.Therefore,research on the problem of the loss of high-level staff in hotels has become an urgently needed topic.It is necessary to analyze the nature through the phenomena of things,to discuss in depth the reasons for the high turnover of hotel staff,and to propose corresponding improvement solutions for such problems.After consulting the previous literature,it was found that some scholars proposed that work participation will affect the turnover tendency of employees.However,there are still few researches.The hotel industry has no real emphasis on employee participation.Therefore,this paper introduces the concept of job participation,which is used to study the satisfaction and turnover tendencies of high-level employees in the hotel.As an intermediate variable between the two to discuss this issue in depth,we hope to clarify the relationship between the three,so as to facilitate the hotel Senior managers formulate strategies that are in line with actual conditions,reduce employee turnover and turnover,reduce human capital,and increase hotel benefits.According to previous research results and the author's own understanding,a corresponding research model was proposed.
