With the end of the 1970 s, farmers in Xiaogang Village, Fengyang engage in household responsibility system, the household contract responsibility system beginning to end, from the mid-fifties of the last century, the beginning of farmer cooperatives, forming a one The small-scale production. This agricultural production responsibility of the family unit has changed China’s rural old management system, the liberation of rural productivity, mobilize the farmers production and management initiative. However, with the further development of the market economy in China, the inherent limitations of the household contract responsibility system gradually revealed. This decentralized small-scale production and the market can not be docked, so this time the farmers began to develop economic cooperation. However, in the rapid establishment of farmer cooperatives and development, while still facing the biggest problem is that agricultural products sold, cheaper production of subsistence can not buy in, and supply and marketing cooperatives have a great advantage in this area to help farmer cooperatives solve the "buying and selling" problem. Based on the supply and marketing cooperatives of farmers involved in analysis, and supply and marketing cooperatives to participate in Quanzhou farmer cooperatives make suggestions.Firstly, the farmer cooperatives brief analysis, indicate the type of farmer cooperatives, and the effectiveness of the role. And supply and marketing of the development process, to discuss difficulties faced by a clear functional positioning its market economy mainly: organization and collar office, guidance and services to farmer cooperatives.Secondly, we learn from the partnership in theory, basic public goods theory, point out the necessity of farmer cooperatives and marketing cooperatives to participate: supply and marketing needs of survival and development, farmers can take advantage of supply and marketing cooperatives advantage: networking, business assets, experience, political and cultural aspects of the favorable conditions.Again, on the basis of the analysis of patterns of grassroots organizations, to supply and marketing cooperatives Quanzhou Participation in farmer cooperatives building for research, pointed out that participation in farmer cooperatives and marketing cooperatives Quanzhou problems: inadequate functioning of FPAs, farmer cooperatives competition in the market is weak, difficult issues such as loan guarantees is difficult to analyze the causes and problems.Finally, this paper presents problems of supply and marketing for several suggestions: the standard operation of farmer cooperatives; development of farmer cooperatives to organize joint; cultivating a number of supply and marketing cooperatives owned; the establishment of property rights and marketing cooperatives and farmers’ cooperatives and organizational linkages; improving the quality of farmer cooperatives do community; and promoting large-scale standardized production of agricultural products and brand marketing; broaden agricultural sales channels; participation in the construction of "Trinity" new cooperative economic system.
