Changchun City as the country’s major commodity grain production base, has a very important role in ensuring national food security, increase farmers’ income. In recent years, with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the city has been rapidly increasing in agriculture, leading to farmers’ enthusiasm for growing grain decreased. Although this is a rational response to the market to make the farmers, but for a long time so, is bound to affect farmers’ food production and national food security. In the future development process, food production scale operation is to achieve agricultural modernization, to ensure national food security, the inevitable choice. Therefore, the production scale Willingness Peasants’ Grain depth study has important significance.Based on the jurisdiction of the Yushu City, Jilin Province, Changchun, capital town of Han village, six village; Guangfu Village Mischa town of Dehui City, the big house in the village; Mangka village Jiutai Mangka town of Tamu Sihanoukville town village; Sun furnace village Nong’an Sanshenggong jade town, village Ma Chengzi survey questionnaire data, research farmers in their own conditions and external factors under the double impact of the food production scale selection.
