In today’s society, deepening the reformation is the necessary method to accelerate the development of an enterprise, and the way to make it stronger and bigger as well. The corporate culture has already become the key motivation to keep the enterprise developing continually. As we can see, this new way of management has already motivated the manufacture and management of the enterprises, and the effect of it is obvious. The corporate culture can be regarded as the soul of an enterprise. It can not only affect the thought of the employees, but become the mental binding between the employees and the enterprise. With the constant research of corporate culture, we have realized that the developing of economy can make the country prosperous and strong; and the developing of the enterprise is the motivation of the flourishing of economy. It is corporate culture that accelerates the developing of an enterprise. And it is undeniable. The theory of corporate culture was born in Western countries. With the advanced productivity and social consciousness brought by the capitalist revolution, the concept of enterprise production, management, corporate culture has come into being. In China, with the developing of economy and enterprises, the concept of corporate culture has already been transplanted into our enterprises. It is only because there are some differences in the culture background between Chinese and Western countries that we can find some imperfections in the developing of corporate culture. So it is a big subject to build a perfect corporate culture which is suitable for Chinese enterprise and it can also accelerate the developing of an enterprise.In the past, using Marxism as weapon, led by the Communist party of China, the Chinese people has achieved great successes. The ideological and political work and Marxism has played an important role in the construction of socialism, and has made huge success. So we can make the conclusion that without the ideological and political work, we cannot win the success in Chinese revolution and reformation. The ideological and political work should not be the distinguishing feature, but also the superiority of stated owned enterprises. Both the ideological and political work and corporate culture meet the requirement of culture in ideology; it is also a perfect combination of them, and plays an important role in the management of state-owned enterprises. With the constant development of the society and people’s thought, the traditional stated- owned enterprises should keep up with the time, and change its way of working. If not, it will not follow the development of the time. Nowadays, the state-owned enterprises should accept the challenge, find the new way of working, and adapt to the constant developing of state-owned enterprise.The study of the ideological and political work must rely on Marxism. This article analyses the important function of the ideological and political work, and elaborates the connotation and characteristics of corporate culture. It tells the relationship between the ideological and political work and corporate culture. Using Jilin Forestry Industry Group as an example, we try to find the importance of the ideological and political work in the developing of corporate culture, try to find how and why we should put the ideological and political work into corporate culture. And finally try to find a good way of how the ideological and political work can promote the developing of corporate culture.The article can be divided into four parts. The first part is about the ideological and political work in state-owned enterprise and the survey of corporate culture in forestry state-owned enterprises. The second and the third part reveal the relationship between the ideological and political work and corporate culture. It also finds out the problems between them. After analysis, we find the function of the ideological and political work in developing the corporate culture. After all that, we try to find a good way of how to integrate the ideological and political work into corporate culture in state-owned enterprises.
