Face to the grim situation of current world economy and the deepening of economic integration, many companies have chosen the way mergers and acquisitions industry consolidation to enhance the competitiveness of large state-owned enterprises. However, the lack of restructuring business execution and the conflict of corporate culture of various subsidiaries often leads to the ambitious strategy to become a dead letter. By building corporate executive culture to improve business execution, we found that the cultural conflict of various subsidiaries is the root reason. However, in building the implementation of cultural, restructuring state-owned enterprises often fail to find effective implementation of the approach. To find out its cause, the failure of ideological and political work of these enterprises is the key issue.In the new century, ideological and political work faces a very complex social and historical environment, and Ideological and political work's reform and innovation has reached a critical moment. This paper analyzes how the implementation of state-owned enterprises to build cultural, and further study ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises innovative ways to realize the organic combination, making the restructuring of state-owned enterprises to run a smooth transition period.First, this paper defined the relevant concepts of corporate executive culture and ideological and political work, and clarified the relationship. And the paper studies the feasibility and necessity of a combination of both. Then, by the research of Henan Coal Chemical Group on the implementation of the cultural construction of the company to conduct the actual work, we try to find problems of Cultural construction of corporate executives to lessons and learned. Finally, the paper proposes the specific method of the construction of state-owned enterprises executive culture, and attempts to explore the reasonable innovation of ideological and political work in the process of the construction of corporate executive culture.
