Therefore, how to accurately grasp the internal and external environment of Xinjiang enterprises, adapt to the environment become the important factor to promote the sustained and rapid growth of enterprises in Xinjiang.In the first part of this thesis combs reviewed many literatures and research results on enterprise ecological environment definition, to the enterprise ecological system and enterprise growth theory, studies the characteristics of the ecological system of Xinjiang enterprises, combined with the ecological theory from two aspects of ecological environment of external and internal, in Xinjiang the growth of enterprises are analyzed. External environment respectively from the anti-terrorism environment factor, talent environment, financing environment factor, service factor mediating factors, national culture factor, Xinjiang aid supported seven dimensions factors and international economic factors are discussed; the internal ecological environment respectively from the entrepreneur factor, human resource factor, organizational communication five dimensions factors, property rights system factor and enterprise culture factor evaluation.Based on investigation and analysis, combined with the actual situation of the ecological environment of Xinjiang enterprises to establish the growth model of evaluation system of ecological internal and external environment of Xinjiang enterprises, using qualitative and quantitative methods of research, research on the influence of enterprise internal and external various ecological factors on the growth of enterprises in Xinjiang. The results of data analysis verify the significant influence of the key factors in Xinjiang internal and external ecological environment to the enterprise growth, and put forward the construction of the ecological environment of Xinjiang enterprise growth based on the analysis of the model, so that in the process of growth and development, fully focus on the important influence of the enterprise ecosystem of various ecological factors on the development of enterprises.
