| With the rapid development of the global economy in the 21 st century,technology makes progress rapidly. Economic globalization leads to increasing development of the quantity of the hotel industry. The phenomenon increases competition and has made the high-star hotel industry suffered an unprecedented impact. Nowadays, filled with global knowledge economy in the whole world, only the power of human resources can be sufficiently exerted, and performance management is the core of human resource management. So high-star hotel human resources management is significant.This article is based on crises and challenges faced by high-star hotel and caused by national policies. The author selects Five-Star Yin Du Hotel as a typical case, through its field research and interviews with experts to sort out the highlights of human resource management issues in Yin Du Hotel. Through basic theory and literature analysis, selecting P-O Model as the basic framework on the bases of results of the actual situation and the existing fruits, and acquiring, collecting, collating deep research data in Yin Du Hotel in order to build a food and beverage performance management system. Through field investigation and research of Delphi method, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), Balanced Scorecard and KPI to determine key index weight scientifically to create Yin Du Hotel food and beverage department performance evaluation index system step by step, building performance management system implementation in performance management trainingã€implementationã€feedback and performance evaluation results using four aspects,building Performance management Implementation of security system In three respects: system, ideological and organizational,improving the disadvantages in building the five-star hotel performance management system and the scientific basis of performance appraisal, providing a new practical value for the five-star hotel human resources management. |
