Study On The Continue And Alternative Industries Of Tangshan

In recent years, the sustainable development of resource-based cities becomes the focus of country and academia. Tangshan is a resource city developed based on coal and steel, where the second industry is dominant and the proportion of third industry is smaller, and the coal, iron ore and oil occupy a large proportion which shorten the industry chains and lost a lot of economic profit. In 2013, the National Development and Reform Commission named Tangshan renewable resource city, which means that Tangshan ends its reliance on resources and strive to develop on comprehensive urban. The article pays attention to the alternative industries of Tangshan on now available economics. This paper uses deviation-share method for studying the quality of Tangshan industrial structure, establishes index system, uses principle component analysis to build model, meanwhile, searches for the alternative industries of Tangshan city by the comprehensive score.Firstly, according to the characteristics of the resource-based city, the development situation of Tangshan, the research status at home and abroad, it is necessary of qualitative analyzing the development of alternative industries. Therefore, combining with related thory, I establish in this paper and study the theoretical system.Secondly, this paper definites the resource-based city, concludes the law of city and its challenges, cleares the alternative industries, direces the alternative industries in Tangshan combining with the industrial structure optimization theory, the sustainable development theory and the circular economy theory.Once again, this paper collects the modes and policies of alternative industries on the foreign resource-based cities, and summarizes domestic and foreign resource-based city development success and failure cases, which guides the development of the alternative industries in Tangshan.Then, this paper introduces the overall situation of Tangshan, analyzes the industrial structure by deviation-share, determines the overall direction of alternative industries. Meanwhile, this paper tries to analyze the internal and external environment of alternativeindustries, buildes the index system, uses the principal component analysis model, and identifies a specific industry.At last, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to Tangshan developing alternative industries.
