The Research On Optimization Of Quality Management System In Z Company

This paper discusses about the Z company quality management system of chemicalenterprise under the requirements of ISO 9000 standard, how to according to the characteristics of the company itself and the company and the market environment to establish effective quality management system. This paper chooses the case of Z company to research, which accords the main use of total quality management and related theory, through the PDCA circulation method and continuous improvement(CPI), and other methods. By defining quality management function, optimization for quality management procedures, strengthen quality culture and awareness training, improve the internal audit mechanism, such as series of measures, to strengthen and guarantee the Z company effective and continuous operation of the quality management system. Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, Z company quality management system effectiveness evaluation model is set up. Through the analysis of a system of quality management system, the optimized system effectiveness evaluation, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures to continue to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management. The purpose of this article is not only improve the quality of Z company management level, but also looking for chemical enterprise quality management play a reference role.
