Chain supermarket enterprise private brand products has developed more than 10 years in China, but now some supermarkets gave up the private brand products sales since its awkward position. The quality control of human and material inputs is limited and the products quality management system is not perfect which based on its main competition-price. Therefore, the products quality is not so good as well. So it’s better for us to find the best solution way.Regarding private brand product quality management research based on chain supermarket enterprise, this paper will introduce the related conception of private brand product quality management first. Secondly, analyzes the problem existed and points out reason to them:(1) Private brand quality management framework is not reasonable.(2) Quality management point status could not form an organic whole system.(3) The existing six quality management process module is not perfect.(4) Product traceability is not strong, some of the goods could not be traced. Based on reason analyzing with discussion and elated personnel survey questionnaire analysis, private brand products quality improvement scheme is proposed. Last but not least, this paper will points out the shortages through summarizing and analyzing of the research results.
