Research On The Ealuation And Improvement Of The Total Quality Management For HCP Chemical Technology Company

Total quality management(TQM)originated in 1960 s,was put forward after the rapid spread among the western enterprises,and create good results for the enterprise.After the reform and opening up,total quality management has been introduced into China,and the academic circles in China have begun to study the facts in the context of China's special national conditions,and have made a series of achievements.However,at home and abroad in the process of the practice of total quality management theory,there are many cases of failure.Many enterprises can not strictly enforce the requirements of total quality management,resulting in a total quality management of tangible and real,can not really achieve its due benefits.HCP company,management has a strong sense of quality,since its inception,began to implement total quality management within the enterprise.This paper introduces and analyzes the present situation of quality management of HCP company from the enterprise management,information technology and human resources,product development,process control,quality of supply chain construction,believes that the present situation of the current quality management of HCP company is satisfactory.In order to further clarify the possible defects in HCP's total quality management,this paper introduces fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to quantitatively analyze the quality management status of HCP company.On the basis of a detailed understanding and analysis of the current situation of the quality management of HCP company,this paper begins to evaluate the level of its quality management.By using fuzzy AHP,invited HCP company internal management,staff and external experts in quality management,total quality management theory,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,establishes the evaluation system of quality management of HCP company.Then,through the questionnaire survey method,HCP company's quality management status scoring evaluation,get the current HCP company's quality management is relatively good.However,it is also found that there are some deficiencies in the quality management of human resources construction and project design capabilities.According to these,the quality management problems found in the operation of the model,this paper makes a deep analysis,think the problem mainly in the practical operation and quality management system,and the demand of the performance management system is not perfect,continuous improvement mechanism is not smooth,professional quality management organization and lack of quality awareness training in the content,reason deep level is the main cultural construction problems,lack of experience,lack of talent problems and insufficient investment.Finally,according to the analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality management of HCP company.
