Construction phase is an important stage in the building life cycle. The quality and function of the construction is determined in this phase. With the expansion of the scale and complexity of construction, the contradiction between construction and environment increases prominently. Green construction is the activity that is regarded achieving project objectives as premise and achieves sustainable development of construction through scientific management and technological progress. Human is the main actors and implementers in engineering green construction, who can directly determine the project objectives to be achieved. Taking into account the current studies of green construction which often ignore the importance of human and don’t make the in-depth study of the human reliability, this paper make a comprehensive research on the evaluation and calculation of human reliability in engineering green construction.First of all, the concept of human reliability in green construction system and human reliability under multi-objectives is put forward based on the theory of project management and system reliability. Factors of human reliability in multi-objectives are made analysis to provide theoretical support for the calculation of human reliability of the late study. Secondly, this paper establishes the human reliability model of green construction system, which includes a human reliability measure model and a human reliability calculation model. In the human reliability measure model, using Fault Tree Analysis measures the human reliability under multi-objectives and draw human reliability in the unit of green construction engineering. In the human reliability measuremodel, the paper analyzes the logical relationship between each green construction unit and uses disjoint minimal path set to calculate it based on the system reliability theory. Thirdly, the paper establishes a human reliability in green construction evaluation model. Using Fuzzy Mathematics theory and AHP evaluates human reliability. Five fuzzy evaluation intervals are got by Fuzzy Mathematics theory and Results of each index weight can be got by analytic hierarchy process, which can provide guidance for human management. Finally, the paper uses an example to verify the feasibility of the human reliability measure model, calculation model and evaluation model.The paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis method to establish human reliability measure model,calculation model and evaluation model, which can provide a reference for future human reliability research in green construction engineering and human management. At the same time the paper can provide a new idea to the study multi-objectives of green construction.
