| In the "The Belt and Road" plan,Fujian Province known as the "twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road core area,shouldering the special economic zone,free trade zone of cross-strait exchanges and cooperation and other cutting-edge multiple identities and the task of Xiamen city construction has become one of the vanguard and the main force.However,traffic congestion has become an important factor that restricts the healthy and rapid development of Xiamen.Therefore,Xiamen will vigorously promote the construction of "two rings and eight shots",in order to improve and develop the urban expressway network,to achieve the goal of alleviating and optimizing the urban traffic.Through a combination of theory and practice,this paper mainly use the method of reading literature,statistical analysis,and expert interviews,questionnaire survey Based on the knowledge of economics,management science and engineering management and other related disciplines,the research on Xiamen city expressway construction factors identification and other issues,through the expert authority coefficient method and the fuzzy fault tree analysis method Xiamen city expressway construction delay key factors analysis and evaluation,the following conclusions:(1)The list of factors affecting the construction period of urban expressway in Xiamen is set up,which are divided into two parts,which are divided into controllable and uncontrollable,including 24 risk factors.Through questionnaire survey and expert authority coefficient method,we screened 11 influential factors,and finally retained 13 factors that had great influence on the construction period of Xiamen urban expressway.(2)The 13 key factors affecting the construction of city expressway are analyzed and calculated the structure of bottom events of the fault tree of the incident,"poor migration of underground pipeline" and "poor land acquisition","military pipeline facilities limit" the 3 bottom event is the key.And the top event occurrence probability calculation of the triangular fuzzy number,namely the possibility of Xiamen city expressway construction period delay is 83.2%.(3)Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the key influencing factors,the bottom events of the fault tree fuzzy probability importance,that "poor land acquisition" and "poor migration of underground pipeline","military pipeline facilities limit" is the city expressway project delay is the key influencing factors.The cumulative percentage of their probability of importance is up to 99.25%.(4)Combined with the whole life cycle of urban expressway construction,the factors affecting the time limit of urban expressway are analyzed,10 measures for the reasonable control of the construction period of urban expressway in Xiamen are put forward.We hope to provide helpful help for the planning,construction and development of urban expressway in Xiamen.This paper lays a foundation for the rational analysis of the construction period of the urban expressway in Xiamen,To provide theoretical guidance for urban expressway construction progress control for Xiamen city and other city,it provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the evaluation system for the rationality of the urban expressway and the prediction model of construction period. |
