| The equipment manufacturing industry is the supporting industry of our country’s industrial economy, which reflecting the country’s overall economic level and technical level. It is characterized by long industrial chain, high correlation degree between the industry requirements, large capital investment demand, high technological content, and is suitable for cluster pattern. Guanzhong- Tianshui economic zone has good industrial development foundation, the economic development of the region have acquired a large increase during years of development. However, some problems appear in the industry cluster development of equipment manufacturing in the region, the excessive competition and single capital structure of enterprises, redundant construction and similar structure of industry lead to overall low technology content and added value. These problems seriously restrict the healthy development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the region. This paper discusses the coordinated development issue of equipment manufacturing industry cluster where exist competition and cooperation among the subjects to guide the equipment manufacturing industry cluster to select collaborative development path in GuanZhong- TianShui Economic Zone.In this paper, the equipment manufacturing industry cluster is the main research object. Firstly, the paper sort out the relevant research results on the industrial cluster theory in foreign countries, outline the main academic schools of industrial clusters, combined with the research of domestic scholars, analyzes related research of industrial clusters of domestic, laid the theoretical foundation of the research. Secondly, by introducing the game theory, coordination theory and other related theories, analyze the principle of coordinated development of industry cluster, establish the game model and cooperative model to illustrate the essence to achieve coordinated development of each subject is to enhance innovation capacity through competition and cooperation, while obtaining the benefits of cooperation in the convenient environment the cluster has created. Third, summarize the development advantage, evaluate the current situation of equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Guanzhong- Tianshui economic zone, using the input-output analysis method, research the industrial link degree between equipment manufacturing industry and its related industry to analysis the spread effect. In fourth, construct order parameter index system to evaluate the coordinated development degree of Guanzhong-Tianshui equipment manufacturing industry cluster. Finally, based on the model analysis, combined with the research of current development situation of the industry, the related suggestions are put forward to guide the coordinated development of industrial clusters.The results showed that equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar of the economic zone, however, the gap between the departments is large compared with the national level. The order and coordination degree of regional equipment manufacturing industry cluster degree have decreased. The development of various sectors is uneven: transportation equipment manufacturing industry developing rapidly, however, fabricated metal products at a disadvantage level, that hinder the coordinated development of regional economy. According to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, the paper proposes that by consolidate the industrial advantage, adjust industrial layout, promoting industry collaboration and seizing the opportunities to consolidate the level of equipment manufacturing industry in Guanzhong- Tianshui Economic Zone. |
