An Empirical Research Of Evaluation On Emergency Management Capability In Petrochemical Enterprises

With emergency management capacity building gradually arousing attention of all walks of life in our country, more and more petrochemical enterprises have started to intensify work on the construction of emergency management capability to do as much as possible to reduce loss caused by accidents.As an important part of the petrochemical enterprise’s building of emergency management capability, study on evaluation of petrochemical enterprise’s production accident emergency management ability has very important theoretical and practical significance. Since the current research on emergency management evaluation of petrochemical production accident has not yet formed a relatively complete system, and existing studies have almost combined AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as method. The disadvantage of the method is subjectively strong difficult to calculate. This paper attempts to combine structural equation modeling and comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate emergency management capacity of petrochemical enterprises, in order to provide a new way to evaluate petrochemical enterprises’ emergency management capacity.This paper analyzes the characteristics of petrochemical enterprise’s production and accidents and its capability of emergency management. Then the paper builds the evaluation index system of petrochemical enterprises’ Emergency management capability. In the empirical study, the paper designs questionnaire based on the evaluation index system, and combined the collected data, using structural equation modeling method to determine the weight of each index. Then using comprehensive evaluation method for Daqing Refining and Chemical Company to evaluate its emergency management capability, and puts forward some suggestions for the enterprise’s continuously improvement of emergency management capacity building. As a kind of research and discussion, this paper still has some defects and deficiencies, and needs to be further studied and discussed in the future.
