Study On Social Endowment Insurance Of Balancing Rural And Urban Development In Gansu Province

At present, Gansu province urban and rural social endowment insurance system has many problems, these problems of endowment insurance of equity and sustainability impact. Therefore, it is very important to study the development of urban and rural social endowment insurance.This study mainly from the theory of urban and rural social pension insurance co-ordinate the development of use of economics and management, and other aspects of the relevant theoretical knowledge and the properties and development of urban and rural social endowment insurance concept analysis. Then present situation of Gansu Province urban and rural social endowment insurance development were research and analysis, summary of urban and rural pension insurance in the overall development of the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of these problems. Finally through the study above, the proposed the Gansu Province urban and rural social endowment insurance development should follow the basic principles, also divided into two stages to suggest to the coordinated development of urban and rural social endowment insurance in Gansu Province: First, improve the old-age insurance for urban workers and urban and rural residents and the old-age insurance. Second, on the basis of the first stage achieve overall development of urban and rural social endowment insurance in Gansu Province.
