Modern society is a competitive society, along with the development of market economy, more and more competition of the participants, the competition means of diversity. Between enterprises not only in price, compete on product quality, brand competition is becoming more and more attention. Since China to produce electric vehicles in the 1990 s, China’s huge population of electric enterprise development provides a huge market, China’s electric car companies to rapid development, and constantly refresh the production, sales, and other records, but China’s electric car industry competitiveness construction is still in the stage of exploring and learning, China’s electric car industry competitiveness construction and foreign electric car industry competitiveness has a big gap compared, the development level of the whole industry needs to be improved.Comb, in this paper, through literature to define competitiveness and brand concept, source of competitiveness, resource school and ability school carries on the analysis, the comparison of brand competitiveness and enterprise core competitiveness, on the competitive theory, combined with the new trend of modern enterprise competition, it is concluded that the brand competitiveness is a comprehensive enterprise competitiveness in the market, the brand has become the main body of market competition. By analyzing the sources of competitive advantage, the industry and set up theory model of formation of China’s electric car industry competitiveness, and then through the analysis of the system of China’s electric car industry competitiveness and expert questionnaire, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), determine the key to influence the competitiveness of our country electric index and its weights, so as to build up China’s electric car industry competitiveness evaluation model, and using this model for the competitiveness of the leading domestic brands with yamaha electric bike for empirical research, and comparative analysis of the electric car industry in our country and foreign electric vehicles on the competitiveness of key gap lies in the scale of the enterprise ability, technology and consumer perception of brand competitiveness.Broaden the industry competitiveness research Angle for the research of this paper, enriched the connotation of industry competitiveness. Analyzes the factors that affect China’s electric car industry competitiveness, and build the evaluation index system of electric car industry of our country, which can identify the competitiveness of the electric car industry of our country of competitiveness has certain reference value.
