The logistics industry as a booster of economic development, plays an important role in promoting economic development, and economic development but also in reaction to thelogistics industry, in order to cater to the trend of economic globalization, logistics park in the integration of the advantages of its intensive, came into being. Since the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics park is a new force in our country, its planning and construction has reached a climax. Based on the domestic and foreign related researchabout logistics park, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the current situation of the development of logistics park in our country, the factors of the location of the future development trend of logistics park and stage based on the location of logistics park are analyzed and optimized.In this paper, by using the K-Means clustering analysis method and analytic network process(Analytic Network Process, ANP) combined, compensate for the drawbacks existing in the single method, play the advantages of the two, in the logistics park locationquantitative factors and qualitative factors considered in decision making. In this paper,bold assumptions in the first stage, the traditional logistics park location is not fixed costs,storage costs and so on, but the idea of zero inventory as well as the fastest response speed based on the transport distance as the logistics park location is the primary factor,the K-Means cluster analysis based on the idea of clustering, the center position, so as to determine the logistics park construction alternative. In the second stage of site optimization, using expert evaluation method to collect and analysis the logistics parklocation of attribute weight, based on analytic network process.This thesis consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the mainstructure and the innovation points of this article selected topic background, research significance, research status at home and abroad as well as the. The second chapterexpounds the construction of logistics park in the background, the main content covers theinteraction development of logistics industry, the logistics park location and the elements and functions of the logistics park location decision and regional economic development, theimportance of the location of logistics park planning. The third chapter introduces the basic principle of clustering analysis method and analytic network process method, and the construction of the location model of logistics park through the combination of the two methods in this chapter in section second. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the example,was simulated according to the actual situation of Z region, the third chapter constructs themodel of location by location planning problem in the area of logistics park, finally got thelocation decision scheme. The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect. In this chapter of this paper, the overall structure and summarized the work, and put forward the direction andlocation in the planning of new research in the logistics park.
