The Design Research Of Network Brainstorming Based On The Theory Model Of Innovation Generation

Innovation is a kind of complex social practical activities, it needs all kinds of talents. However, people always has limited personal intelligence and energy, they could not understand everything. In modern society, the competition is fierce, in the face of uncertainty brought by the market changes, establishing a knowledge intensive innovation organization is becoming more and more important. Brainstorming is a kind of group organization innovations, by encouraging the free talk, delaying evaluation, prohibiting criticism, it makes the group produce a large number of ideas. But since the advent of brainstorming, it has few studies about its mechanism of action, at the same time a large number of experiments prove that nominal group has better effect in the creative aspects. So is the traditional brainstorming really effective? What is the influence factor about brainstorming effectiveness? How to make improvement of brainstorming?With these questions, At first, the background of topic research is studied in this paper. Then innovation theory and some creative skills are discussed, and the brainstorming is put forward. Based on previous related research about brainstorming, the shortcoming of previous studies is presented, which brainstorming is more experience, lack of the theoretical foundation support. Given that brainstorming is a kind of creative techniques, the author attempts to establish a new theory model of innovation generation, namely ‘based on expectations of meta-cognitive monitoring- innovative information processing’ model. Then from the perspective of the generation of innovation, the mechanism of action of brainstorming and current root causes of problem are analyzed, and the applicability of the theory model is verified. Then according to the theory model, the advanced network brainstorming is put forward. The background, definition, characteristics, significance of network brainstorming are researched one after another. Based on the theory model the implementation steps of the system is designed, And then the theory model is verified by relevant experimental based on the theory of the generation of innovation that network brainstorming is superior to the traditional brainstorming and nominal brainstorming, it makes the theoretical model has superiority and practical significance. Finally, based on the example of improved design of ‘chopsticks’, each function module and the process of network brainstorming system are designed. From the system architecture to the paper prototype, then to the wireframe prototype, step by step, eventually the application of theory model is presented in visual form.
