Research On The Transmission Mechanism Of Innovation Network In The Process Of Resource Factors Affecting The Innovation Performance Of The Enterprise

T Through over ten years of innovation capacity construction,China's innovation capacity and output has been grown rapidly,but there are still many problems,such as lack of synergy of innovation elements,low efficiency of resource allocation.It is an important prerequisite to understand the transmission impact of innovation network among various factors,which is to make full use of its transmission efficiency and form a gain effect then solve the problem.This paper focus on the transmission mechanism of innovation network in the process of resource factors affecting the innovation performance of the enterprise.Based on analysis of related research,this paper constructs the correlation model among resource elements,innovation network and innovation performance,which verifies the relevant hypothesis through collecting sample datas.The main research contents include:1.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and classification of the factors such as innovation resources and performance,this paper clarifies the connotation,the boundary and the constituent elements of the explanatory variables.And based on the analysis of the influence of each factor on the innovation performance of the enterprise,this paper puts forward the path relation model of the positive impact of innovation resources on the innovation performance of the enterprise.2.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the enterprise and the external subject,this paper presents and compares the differences between the two forms of the innovation network(cooperative network and competition network).Drawing lessons from the related research results,this paper analyzes the action process of cooperation network and competition network in enterprise innovation activities from the perspective of the enterprise innovation process to the external resources or information needs.3.Integrated on the Impact of Integrated Resource Factors on Enterprise Innovation Performance and the Model of Cooperative and Competitive Network in Enterprise Innovation Activities,this paper come up with the hypothesis,and carries out empirical research on the basis of 553 questionnaires of manufacturing enterprises in China.The empirical results show that: The innovation network involves the cooperative network and the competitive network,and the two networks have obvious differences in theconstituent basis,the network attributes and the transmission methods of the resource elements,which leads to the obvious difference between the two networks in the transmission mechanism.Based on the analysis and comparison of the two conduction mechanisms,the corresponding management implications are proposed.
