According to the classic theory of family enterprise, it uses the structral equation model to analysize degree of the salary satisfaction and to find the different fact. As a result, it give a suggestion to rise the degree of pay satisfaction in family firm.Firstly, according to the classic paper of family business and the degree of salary satisfaction, it finish a literature review and refer from the spcial realfamily-firm-management situation of China to porpose the basic hypethesis. Then, according the matural PSQ form of degree of salary satisfaction which write by Heneman and Schwab, it add the new fact,non-economic reward, to make new form. It distributes the forms to the different family enterprise employees in Chengdu, Leshan, Mianyang which belong to Sichuan province, and then collects the filled forms to use the software,named SPSS 19.0 to do reliable analysis,validation analysis, relativity analysis, single fact variance analysis. Finally, it uses the soft-ware,named AMOS17.0 to build a structural equation model to do a empiral work for the basic hypothesis, and give a conclusion for the degree of family firm.By doing the empiral work for the degree of salary satisfaction in the family firm, there are sereval conclusions: 1. The degree of salary satisfaction is comprised from the level of salary, the level of welfare, the rising of salary, the structure and management of salary and none-economic reward, 2. None-economic reward deeply impact on the degree of salary satisfaction,that means none-economic reward is a important fact,3. Different personal chracters,such as sexual, age, education, working time, have little influence for the degree of salary satisfaction in the family firm. According to the resarch outcome, it give a suggestion to rise the degree of salary satisfaction in the family and for offering the reference to make and change the institution of reward.
