Abstract/Summary:
In the production chain, the bottom of the value chain, relying on the size of the employee force advantage for China to develop the modern enterprise, the staff shortage has already become the important problem that to the rising prices of raw materials. San Xin company, is a tiny microcosm of China in modern enterprises. In recent years, due to frequent the outflow of employees within the company, has brought serious negative influence to the production and operation of the company San Xin. I hope that through this research and analysis, to find the San Xin company staff turnover root node, put forward effective countermeasures to control staff turnover rate.In this paper, San Xin company employees are divided into two groups of skilled workers and management personnel as the research object. And on this basis, in-depth study of the problem of employee turnover. Through collecting, sorting and studying a large number of domestic and foreign research on employee turnover, loss of a theoretical framework for the employees. Then using the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and comparative analysis and other methods as a research tool, basically to find out the basic situation of two groups of employees in San Xin company, San Xin company found to three two groups of employees have main influence factors of turnover behavior, and resulting in San Xin company employee turnover problem.Found in the process of the research staff will have a different reason for leaving is not the same. Three technical workers Xin company turnover is mainly affected by the work environment and the content, development planning and the work reward; management is more influenced by the company mechanism, marriage and family and personal psychology. Therefore, in the San Xin company staff turnover problems can not be used to "make it rigidly uniform" governance countermeasures. Although the "make it rigidly uniform management approach" has a good effect on common problems, may in the short term will give San Xin company effect, but from a long-term point of view, personal problems have not been fundamentally resolved, San Xin company employee turnover behavior will continue. Therefore, governance San Xin company loss problems in the staff, general staff turnover should take countermeasures and different countermeasures combined. Only in this way can we achieve the short-term and long-term consideration, the problem in order to effectively control the San Xin company staff turnover. But also can reduce the problem of governance for San Xin company employee turnover cost.The problem of the employee turnover has become an important issue related to business of life and death. Although this paper is the study of loss of three company employees, but also for other small and medium enterprises from the problem of the employee turnover management, provides a new experience.
