Now we are facing a fierce competition in the market on auto 4S stores. The overwhelming development of auto 4S mode in China during the past more than a decade has formed the current contending market that every brand deserves a place. The undergoing craziness in the competition has almost kicked out the space for profit in the auto 4S industry. The sales expansion plan in China by all the auto manufacturers has definitely witnessed a boost in total number of auto 4S stores, but the depression of economy, oscillation of policies and downsides that technology and society brings in has made an deceleration of sales growth and overall market capacity, which made the competition more intensive than ever before. A breakthrough to replace the traditional sales approach in order to survive from the competition has become the bottleneck of the auto 4S market sales.In this paper, Qinhuangdao Changxing Qichen auto 4S store is for the study. Based on the related theory of marketing, combined with the domestic and foreign research present situation, found that precision marketing theory has strong applicability and the reference value in the current auto car marketing, finishing made applicable to Qinhuangdao Changxing Qichen auto 4S store precision marketing strategy and implementation support.First of all, refer to a large number of marketing theory related literature internal and abroad, puts forward the research background and research significance of this paper. It clears about the research direction, and illustrates the related concepts of precision marketing system.Secondly, analyze the external environment and current situation of the auto 4S stores industry by using PEST tools and porter five models. it introduces the basic situation of the Qinhuangdao Changxing Qichen auto 4S store in this paper. It dives deep into the current of the enterprise, identifies the existing problems. Then it investigates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Qinhuangdao Changxing Qichen auto 4S store thoroughly by using the SWOT analysis method, come to a conclusion and point out the necessity of applying precision marketing in the enterprise.Finally, on the basis of the external and internal environments analysis, build the marketing system on the base of precision marketing theory. Formulate a suitable precision marketing strategy for the enterprise, and put forward a security strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategy.
