This paper uses marketing strategy theory and method, taking ZF company as a case, the "zero realm Hexiang board" to enter and develop the regional market strategy research.Firstly, this paper analyzes the ZF company’s external environment and internal environment using Potter’s five forces model and SWOT method, as well as in the market competition advantages and disadvantages; objectively analysis could meet ZF "zero realm HeXiang board" to expand in the regional market problems. On this basis, according to the actual situation of G regional market, the entry and expansion of G regional market sales strategy, and further to develop the implementation of these strategies, plans and measures. This paper has reference value in making products regional marketing strategy of the same type enterprise.
