Study On Project Quality Planning And Implementation For Product Development Of Balancing Machines

The application of balancing machines covers nearly all fields of an industrial society. The measuring accuracy and process capacity required by the market is increasing, while the needs of customers becomes diversified. Both of these decide that the production of balancing machines has to be small-lot production with multiproducts. Besides, the needs of balancing machines has turned from a single machine into a balancing-process based production solution, whose complication of order process reaches a project level.
