Research On The Construction Of Framework Of Finance Shared Service Mode Of The S Express Group

With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, especially the trend of global economic integration becoming fiercer, to enhance their competitiveness, more and more enterprises are expanding their production’s scale, establish their branch or subsidiary companies in the country and even around the world. And in the meanwhile they form the decentralizing accounting and financial management mode. However, when the large enterprises develop to a certain size, the traditional financial management mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern enterprise s’ group in the aspects of efficiency, cost, quality and others. Enterprises need to find a new way of financial management urgently, and Financial Shared Service mode emerges as the times require. As an innovative financial management mode, financial shared service mode concentrates the financial business’ s treatment of all the branches of enterprise groups on a relatively independent entity through the standardization and process reengineering to reduce costs, improve efficiency, service quality and customers’ satisfaction.In recent years, with the vigorous development of the logistics and express industry and the further opening of the domestic logistics and express market situation, domestic private delivery companies are faced with much unknown opportunities and challenges. As the leader of China’s private express enterprise s, S Express Group has to seek other path of development. So in the leadership of the strategy of internationalization and diversification, S Express Group is actively exploring the domestic market and penetrating to the electronic commerce areas. However, with the continuous development of enterprises, the original decentralized financial management cannot keep up with the speed of development of the Group, and more and more disadvantages appear. How to carry on the reform and innovation of financial management mode, reduce the cost, enhance the overall competitiveness of the S group, which seems to have become a major issue to S Express Group. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper takes S Express Group as the research object, put forward the construction of Financial Shared Service mode is the best way of financial management of trans ition and transformation, combined with the existing financial management mode and existing problems. Then this paper takes the Southern C hina area of S Express Group as an example and constructs the Financial S hared Service mode framework of S Express Group from four aspects: organization structure, financial process, information platform and performance management. Then the paper p uts forward the corresponding measures to the possible risk when the Financial Shared mode implement. At last, this paper hopes to play a useful role in the practical construction of S Express Group’s Financial Shared Service mode, and in the meantime provide a reference for other enterprises.
