Along with the development of economic globalization,automotive industry is booming. Automotive logistics has just started to take place in China. Under the circumstance of market economy and automotive industry, automotive logistics is facing opportunity as well as challenge. In the presence of complicated external environment, establishing organizational development strategy and executive policy becomes more and more important. This paper will determine the overall train of thought, strategic objectives and measures,basing on analyzing internal environment in all aspects with method of strategy management theory analyzing. This paper will also provide theory basis and the practice instructions in order to seize the opportunity and keep on developing.First of all, this paper analyzes internal and external environment as well as discussing the trend of automotive logistics industry growing.Second, basing on SWOT analysis of Anji, this paper locates Anji’s strategic goal, which is being the leading position of China’s automotive logistics industry and gradually becoming the leading brand in Chinese logistics industry.After all, from the executive aspect, Anji should perfect its human resource management, adjust organizational structure, change business control mode, adjust market developing strategy, improve creativity and build its own culture.
