The Research On Cigarette Factory Spare Parts Management In The New Period

Spare part management which acts as the important part of manufacturing enterprise management, it aims not only to ensure the accurate and timely supplement of the ensure requirement, but also decrease the cost of purchase、storage and management, accomplish the maximum comprehensive economy profits. In China, cigarette manufacturing industry occupies an important position, has an outstanding contribution to the national economy, especially to the big tobacco province-Yunnan, its impact on the local economy is self-evident. But now the core department of the cigarette manufacturing industry-cigarette factory has the problem of backward equipment management、large inventory、occupying the enterprise resources. So performing a scientific management is the necessary measure for the transformation and development of cigarette manufacturing industry in the new period.In order to explore the science road of the spare parts management in cigarette factory in the new period, this paper firstly discusses the problems existed in the cigarette factory spare parts management, and then discusses the management pattern influenced the factory spare parts of equipment maintenance、spare parts demand analysis and classification, and then take the spare parts management of Yuxi Cigarette Factory of Hongta Group as an example, make a concrete analysis of the spare parts management of cigarette factory spare parts management in the new period.In this paper, through the introduction of the production process and equipment management present in Yuxi Cigarette Factory, pointed out the difference and problems existed in the spare parts management and other enterprise spare parts management, and by applying the relevant spare parts management technology and method to solve the problems existed in factories, in which the spare parts management methods applied include the spare parts demand forecast technology and spare parts classification, then according to the spare parts category of Yuxi Cigarette Factory find the spare parts management control strategies。Finally, summarizes the main research content of this paper, and discusses the future management direction of the cigarette factory spare parts.
