China has become the second only to the United States largest industrial manufacturing countries. However, there is a large gap among China’s manufacturing industry level other developed countries’, especially in enterprise production services and supply management. The manufacturing industry is very big in China, but is not competitive. Therefore China always stay at the low value-added end of the industry chain. under the circumstance of transferring from “Made in China” to “Developed in China”, Chinese enterprises really need to enhance the ability of supply chain management to make themselves more competitive.As a large state-owned enterprise, TN Company need to keep pace with the times in order to keep its competitiveness within the industry. At present, domestic business occupy most capacity. There is only a few export business. Compared to its competitors, export business logistics services are less automation, and has a lower promotion of information technology application. Traditional manual operation has risks of causing problems. In that scenario, TN Company will have a lower business accuracy and slower feedback speed.In order to solve the problem above and to improve TN Company export business logistics service, this thesis applied DMAIC model to analyze TN Company’s export business. Then through statistics study, found out some influential factors: data transmission subsystem, distribution subsystem reliability. According to these two factors, improvement scheme has been put forward: strengthen the manual data process checking, adding export logistics internal control regulations. Meanwhile, record the data after implement of improvement scheme. After collecting statistics, compare it to statistics before the improvement, data transmission accuracy and ASN timely rate all has significant rising. And distribution accuracy decreased by 0.87. Therefore, the improved scheme is verified to be effective.
