| Function of modern logistics has been involved in every aspect to the enterprise operation,the logistics management is not only what business decisions based on,but also an important means of reduce and control the logistics cost,as well as the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.with enterprises become bigger and stronger,logistics management is becoming more and more important.Since entering twenty-first Century,process management is becoming more and more important for the enterprise,and the outstanding process has become the dividing line between successful enterprises and other competitors.Faced with the constantly changing and increasingly fierce market environment and challenges,enterprises must analyze the existing business process and find out the problems in the existing business process,and optimize or rebuild them.In this paper,the Logistics Department of T company as the research object,the main contents of the research are as follows:First of all,describes T company’s basic situation and the logistics business process,drawing the existing business flow chart of T company logistics department by business process diagram,and using the value chain analysis method(combining qualitative and quantitative methods)analysis T company’s logistics process status for specific diagnostic analysis,find the existing problems and determine the sub-process which need to be optimized;Then aim at problems existing in the process,to improve the logistics efficiency,reduce the operating cost,improve customer satisfaction as the goal,use ECRSI method to optimize the Logistics Department business process of T company.Last,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the new process from the aspects of system security,process execution,cultural construction and performance evaluation.At the end of this paper,summarize the research results of T company’s logistics business process optimization,and make a prospect of the problems to be solved. |
