A Study On The Interactive Development Of Trade In Services And Trade In Goods

Trade in services and trade in goods are the two main elements of international trade. The development trend is showing a strong correlation: Goods trade leads to the development of demand for services and improves the service delivery capabilities, and the production and development of service trade play an important role in promoting the sustainable development of trade in goods. Currently, both trade in Services and trade in goods are becoming a hot spot studied by scholars. China’s trade in goods and service have made a big advance. However, there also exists unbalanced development between the two trades, which are worthy of deeply thinking of. Therefore, exploring China Interactive development of trade in services and trade in goods has important research value and practical significance.This paper selects "the interactive development between trade in services and trade in goods " as a research topic. Combined with international trade, economics classical theory and modern measurement tools, mainly analyses from three perspectives including the theory, practice and evidence. At first will study the interactive development between the two trades from the macrolevel trade by summarizing the theoretical results, selecting the most representative as a support, and going into the details of internal mechanisms. Secondly, will study from the micro-level by comparing the global trade and China’s trade, summing up the law of development and interaction of trade trends. Once again, will test the interactive development by using co-integration analysis, VEC and VAR and other interactive empirical econometric model to develop relations with trade in goods and services trade. First, comparative analysis the total volume of trade of the global, the United States and China. The results show that there is a big gap between Chinese trade in goods and services trade interactive development and the United States. In order to find the deep-seated reason of China’s behind, will empirical analysis the structure of trade in goods and trade in service in China. It is showed that Services trade promotion fuels and minerals, iron and steel products, chemicals, machinery and transport equipment for the development of the four categories of goods trade is more significant. China’s trade in goods make a huge impact on other commercial promotion effect gradually increased At last part will promote China’s trade in goods and service trade, and the influence gradually increased.At last,will promote China’s trade in goods and service trade by optimizing trade structure, emphasising on the development of trade in services, introducing competition mechanism and improving legislative policy.
