Study On Knowledge Resources Modeling Method And System For Business Problem Solving

Knowledge resources are the most important strategic resources. How to make use of them to solve the problem of enterprise business adequately and effectively has become the most important part of enterprise knowledge management. Business activities involve almost all knowledge resources in the enterprise, and the execution of them will use a lot of enterprise knowledge resources inevitably. Therefore, it has become the urgent needs of the enterprise to strengthen the research of knowledge resources.This paper analyzed the present situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign research on knowledge modeling and knowledge management. Taken enterprise knowledge and knowledge resources as the research object and classified knowledge resources from the perspective of business activity execution, enterprise knowledge resources and the relevant information of them in the process of business problem solving were tried to depict in greater detail from models of the different types of knowledge resources, and collaboration model of all kinds of knowledge resources was proposed. Then a business problem solving oriented knowledge resources modeling method was studied, and a business problem solving oriented knowledge resources modeling prototype system was designed and implemented. The study is aimed at improving the utilization efficiency of enterprise knowledge resources, the standardization of the knowledge resource management and the efficiency of the enterprise business problem solving.Firstly, knowledge resources which are involved in the execution of enterprise business activities were classified into five types: business processes themselves, personnel, software resources, textual and graphic files and organizations. Then business problem solving oriented knowledge resources collaboration model was put forward. Taken business problem solving oriented knowledge resources collaboration model as a guide, modeling methods of different types of knowledge resources were proposed.Secondly, the author analyzed the design objectives, the overall structure and the system functions of the business problem solving oriented knowledge resource modeling system, and then designed the function model of the system in detail.Finally, the technical framework to realize the system was put forward. And from the perspective of the functions of knowledge resources modeling and knowledge resources model browsing, the realization method of system function was introduced in detail. As a result, the development of the business problem solving oriented knowledge resources modeling prototype system was completed.
