Research Of Enterprise Information Resources Integration Based On Knowledge Management

Under the knowledge economy environment, the primary factor of deciding the enterprise competition status already changes gradually by the visible real asset and the monetary assets for the invisible knowledge. The knowledge integration is a process of reorganizing enterprise internal knowledge, abandoning the useless knowledge, and organically fusing the staff and organization's knowledge. Only when individual knowledge, the organization knowledge, the environment knowledge conformity unifies for the enterprise knowledge and combines with enterprise's other resources can promote enterprise's comprehensive strength.The knowledge resources integration is an important content of enterprise knowledge management, is also the key point and the difficulty of enterprise informationization construction. This article analysis enterprise knowledge resources' existence form including individual knowledge, the organization knowledge and the environment knowledge, proposes the collection and the conformity method of each level knowledge; Analyzes the dilemma of enterprise knowledge sharing from two aspects of explicit knowledge's isomerism and implicit knowledge's privatization, points out that the knowledge resources integration is the efficient path to solve the dilemma of enterprise knowledge sharing, and proposes the knowledge integration strategy and the concrete implementation step; Through comparing the enterprise knowledge portal and the enterprise information portal in aspect of rationale, connotation, information and data smoothing degree and function, proposes the solution of user-oriented knowledge resources integration. Finally, unifying the development characteristic of the Zhejiang privately operated economy, analysis the knowledge environment and the intrinsic mechanism of "massive economy", points out if we want to integrate the Zhejiang enterprise's knowledge resources truly, we must solve lots of problems from multiple perspectives such as system, organization, technology and so on.This article pays great attention to the combination of theory and the practice, proposes both the macroscopic strategy and the concrete measure, hope to provide the trifle help to the enterprise knowledge resources integration.
