In the era of knowledge economy,the trend of knowledge-based business and knowledgebased marketization has become increasingly evident.At the same time,the complexity of business execution(referred to as business problem solving)in the enterprise is increasingly prominent,and knowledge-based cooperation and alliance will become an important paradigm for solving business problems.In addition,the research found that there are high-density and small-scale agglomeration effects of knowledge resources in different areas of the enterprise business solution process.This paper refers to this phenomenon as knowledge modularity.The study also found that in the actual operating environment of an enterprise,the phenomenon of facing the same business problem but resulting to different business performance is attributed to the difference in the ability to solve the "knowledge module".Therefore,knowledge-modulation-related theories,techniques,and methods for solving business problems are put forward,which has a wide range of realistic needs and important theoretical values.It is beneficial to explain the cooperative mode of knowledge resource,improve the innovative value of knowledge resource and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper investigates and analyzes the research status of knowledge management and knowledge context both at home and abroad,taking the modularization of knowledge in the process of business solving as the entry point,from the perspective of business performance improvement,it proposes a knowledge module modeling method for business solving,and studies dynamic modeling technology of knowledge modular.The study also found that the knowledge context is closely related to the usage of knowledge resources.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the elements of the knowledge context and the mechanism of action.For this reason,this paper introduces Maslow's hierarchy demand theory into the study of knowledge context,builds a knowledge context structure system based on hierarchy demand theory,and uses link integration technology to achieve effective integration of knowledge context and knowledge modules.In addition,this paper studies the evolutionary characteristics of knowledge modules and establishes a framework for the dynamic evolution of knowledge modules in an integrated context.This paper,on the basis of clarifying the relationship among knowledge context,knowledge resources and business solution,discusses a new model of knowledge resource organization for solving business problems,and provides reference for enterprise in knowledge managementinnovation practice.Finally,based on the research results of this paper,a knowledge modularized service system with integrated context is built,and the overall technical architecture and key functional modules of the integrated context aware knowledge management system are discussed in detail.The context-integrated method and technology of knowledge modularization service studied in this paper will help the enterprise to configure the corresponding knowledge resources more rationally according to the business context in the business solution process,that is,to satisfy the personalized needs of the knowledge workers,reduce the phenomenon of Getting Lost in Knowledge and improve the utilization of knowledge resources in the process of solving an organization's business.At the same time,as a kind of knowledge service integrated into the business solution process,it helps to improve the ways for employees to acquire knowledge resources,further improve the enterprise knowledge management performance,and provide reference for the enterprise knowledge management practice.
