So the car dealership in such a big background under the condition of how to ensure their own will not be eliminated has become a problem to be resolved.In this paper, by combining the modern marketing concept, to meet customer demand as the main points, according to the STP theory respectively summarized the market segment STP, target market and market positioning key success factors of the three links, and through the analysis of the internal find out the problems about the marketing activities of the company, using the related marketing model to V is the way of the development of auto 4 S shops later discussion, put forward the feasible marketing strategy and the suggestion.
