With the development of China's industrial technology,automobile manufacturing industry has sprung up in the industrial market occupies an important position.From the eyes of people before the "luxury" into the "necessities".The demand for cars has become more diversified,diversified,service-oriented concept has increasingly become the core value of consumers,the traditional car sales have been far from meeting the current needs of China's auto market and services.4S store sales model success has been generally recognized and favored,which is the inevitable choice of fierce competition in the market,but also shows that consumers of this marketing model of trust,which has become a lot of theorists and car dealers focus.4S shop marketing strategy is 4S to achieve their own value in the core link.In this study,the X-car 4S shop in Aksu area is taken as the research object.Firstly,the external and internal environment of X-car 4S shop marketing are analyzed,and then the advantages and disadvantages of X-car 4S shop marketing are clarified by SWOT and STP.This paper puts forward the specific product marketing strategy,price marketing strategy,channel marketing strategy and promotion marketing strategy of X car 4S shop based on 4C customer demand theory,and on the basis of market segmentation,target market selection and product positioning.Finally,On the smooth implementation of X 4S shop marketing strategy in the product and service,brand building,information management,product development and personnel management five aspects of protection measures.It is of great significance to the sustainable development of X-car 4S shop,and to find out the problems and reasons of its marketing in the Akesu area X car 4S shop marketing strategy,and to find a more perfect marketing side strategy.
