Studying On Financial Management Performance Evaluation Of EPC Project Based On AHP-FCA

In order to construct the assessment system of financial management of EPC project based on AHP-FCA.Finally, the empirical research in Lu’an city were selected a garbage plant engineering general contracting project, get the general financial performance management of the EPC project evaluation results.
