| With the development of China’s enterprises, financial outsourcing has been gradually accepted by enterprise managers. Financial outsourcing can help the enterprise to achieve strategic goals and improve the working efficiency, while simplifying internal control. However, as a new financial strategic management pattern, the risk and disadvantages of financial outsourcing should not be neglected. At present, the research of the method to identify, classify and control the risk of financial outsourcing process is confined to theory discussion. The lack of qualitative and quantitative analysis can not guide managers in avoiding and supervising financial outsourcing risk. China’s economic environment is complex. And the laws and regulations are more complicated. The influence of financial outsourcing varies under different operation patterns. The type and magnitude of the risk caused by the introduction of financial outsourcing and the change of the operation are also different. Therefore, the research and investigation on a specific target is necessary for the improvement of the risk management system of financial outsourcing. The author summarizes the risk management pattern and system of financial outsourcing and analyzes the deficiencies. Questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process are applied to analyze AP Company’s financial outsourcing, according to the loop-optimization principle. Qualitative and quantitative analyses are used to identify and calculate the factors of financial outsourcing risk. To improve the risk management of financial outsourcing in China, the author encourages applying the embedded-internal-control process, strengthening internal audit, making sure of responsible persons and taking advantage of the cloud financial system. |
