Study On The Design Of Soul Corporation Logistics Scheme Based On Cross-border Electronic Commerce

With the rapid development of the national consumption level and concept, The proportion of imported maternal and child products including diapers is increasing gradually among the whole maternal and child products market in Shandong Province in recent seven years. There is huge potential and broad space for imported maternal and child products market. With the development of The trade and policy openness, the foreign maternal and child products enterprises could make full use of cross-border e-commerce platform to broaden the sales channels, to design the logistics schemes suit for themselves, in order to capture market share in future.At present, most of the traditional foreign maternal and child products export enterprises rely on store sales, but it is more difficult for maternal and child products enterprises in the long-term development because of the serious product homogeneity, the competition with local enterprises, the impact of store rent, labor wages and other factors, which lead to the compression in profit space of foreign maternal and child products enterprises. The cross-border electronic commerce develops rapidly in our country with the advantages of low price, quick and convenient products, which provides a new way to the foreign export enterprises. As an important form of the e-commerce, online sales channel has gradually been accepted by the traditional maternal and child products enterprises. Now many maternal and child products export enterprises develop online sales channel in order to seek new profit source. But online sales channel has its unique characteristics. The sales order has less volume and scattered layout, which brings huge pressure to the enterprises.Consumers attach more importance to the distribution efficiency and the service quality, which make the maternal and child products export enterprises design new logistics network systems to meet the development needs. Designing a proper logistics scheme has become a crucial factor, since it decides whether the foreign maternal and child products export enterprises can develop at a long-range based on cross-border online sales.This paper takes Japanese Soul Corporation as the research object. Firstly, analyzing problems the company faces after developing its cross-border online sales channel, then summarizing the contradiction between high logistics cost and low customer satisfaction, finding that construction of the new storage network system has become the key point to solve the logistics problems of Kao Corporation; Secondly, designing the company’s logistics scheme and raising the overall framework scheme: improve the original network layout(Qingdao centre bonded warehouse-consumers)to new network system(buffer bonded warehouse - Shandong distributed storage - consumers), analyzing process of the improved scheme through the aspects of logistics and the information. Then put forward two key issues need to be considered:the construction of storage system and the selection of third party logistics service providers, solving the location problem of regional logistics nodes through the theory of fuzzy clustering, establishing a warehouse network in Shandong province; using TOPSIS model to evaluate the transportation logistics service providers, selecting the appropriate service providers; Finally, pointing out the research conclusion and deficiency, putting forward the future research direction.This paper base on the background of cross-border online sales in Qingdao bonded zone, deeply analyzing the present logistics network system of Kao Corporation, designing the logistics scheme and taking further discussion on the key problems of construction of some indicators to determine the weight of selected sites and the best Bonded warehouse site selections. On one hand, this thesis helps enterprises integrate the external resources effectively, optimizing the allocation of resources, then improving the competitiveness of enterprise; On the other hand, it aims at solving the practical problems for the enterprises, providing reference for the foreign maternal and child products export enterprises of same industry.
